Cover your cough
Influenza (“flu”) and the common cold are viral diseases that spread via droplets released during speaking and most importantly during sneezing and coughing. This happens especially in situations were many people are close together. Use a tissue to cover nose and mouth, or cover your cough with your sleeve to avoid the spread of droplets. Only use tissues once – dispose them after use. Don’t forget to clean your hands afterwards. Covering your cough and clean hands may in addition help to prevent diseases such gastro-intestinal infections such as “stomach flu” (norovirus-infection).
